Child Safety Standards
Last Updated: May 2, 2026
Tennis Girls Social Club (“TGSC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a community platform for adult women who play tennis. This page describes our standards regarding child safety and our prohibition of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). It is published for transparency and to meet platform disclosure requirements. For general privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.
1. Zero tolerance for CSAE
We do not tolerate child sexual abuse or exploitation on our Services. That includes, without limitation:
- Sexualization of minors, or any content that depicts, solicits, promotes, or describes sexual conduct involving minors
- Grooming, enticement, or attempts to establish inappropriate contact with minors
- Trading, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Using our Services to facilitate trafficking, exploitation, or abuse of minors
Violations may result in immediate account termination, preservation of relevant information, and referral to law enforcement and/or designated reporting bodies where required or appropriate.
2. Age-appropriate use
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow them to use the platform. Consistent with our Privacy Policy, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly and address the account involved.
Users must not misrepresent their age or identity to circumvent these requirements.
3. Detection, moderation, and enforcement
We combine technical measures, user reporting, and human review (where available) to identify and address harmful behavior and policy violations, including content or conduct that may harm minors. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these standards.
We may retain records as needed to enforce our policies, protect users, and comply with applicable law.
4. Reporting concerns
If you become aware of CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or any content or conduct that places minors at risk on TGSC, report it to us immediately at tennisgirlssocialclub@gmail.com. Include as much detail as you can (for example: usernames, timestamps, screenshots where safe to provide, and URLs or descriptions of what you saw).
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, reports concerning child sexual exploitation may also be made to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at CyberTipline.org.
5. Cooperation with authorities
We comply with applicable laws and cooperate with law enforcement and competent authorities when legally required or when necessary to protect the safety of our users and the public, including with respect to reports involving minors.
6. Changes
We may update this page from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated standards.
